Lip Lab Events Frequently Asked Questions

- The Party Fee does not go to the cost of any products. The minimum spend for each attendee is based on the chosen Party package, as further outlined in our Full Terms and Conditions (linked below).

- No refunds or reductions of the Party Fee will be granted for the following: 1) cancellations or change of Party location requests made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Party date; 2) no shows; 3) if the actual number of attendees is fewer than paid for at the time of booking; or 4) if attendees arrive late or leave early

- Reservations will commence on time. Lip Lab will try its best to accommodate attendees arriving after this time but cannot guarantee based on each store’s availability. - Parties that run late will be invoiced an additional $50 per half hour over their allotted Party time.
