Lip Lab Events Frequently Asked Questions
- The Party Fee does not go to the cost of any products. Attendees must each spend a minimum of $65 USD/$75 CAD during the party.
- No refunds or reductions of the Party Fee will be granted for the following: 1) cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days prior to the Party date; 2) no shows; 3) if the actual number of attendees is fewer than paid for at the time of booking; 4) if attendees arrive late or leave early.
- Reservations will commence on time. Lip Lab will try its best to accommodate attendees arriving after this time but cannot guarantee based on availability.
- Parties that run late will be invoiced an additional $50 per half hour over time.
