We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all US merchandise orders $60 and over (excluding taxes).

All orders are transacted in US dollars and orders are shipped from US or Canada.

$7 standard shipping for orders $60 USD & under

Custom Lipstick or Balm Orders Processing + Shipping Times

If you order contains a custom lipstick or balm, please allow us 2-3 business days to process and ship your order. If we cannot locate your formula, or are out of stock of a pigment in your formula, someone from our store will reach out to communicate further.

Hawaii and Alaska

We regret that we are unable to ship items to Hawaii or Alaska.

PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

We regret that we are unable to ship items to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.

International Shipping

We regret that we are unable to ship items to international addresses.

    Please Note:

    • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed.

    Multiple Shipping Addresses

    At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

    All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Tracking Orders

    When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on Liplab.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Lip Lab customer service to track your order.
