Lipstick not what you expected?Reach out to customerservice@liplab.comto see if you’re eligible for a replacement or return.

If you’re not totally obsessed with your Lip Lab custom lipstick purchase, within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to hop on another virtual call or have you in to get it just right, or refund your purchase to the original form of payment minus shipping or handling fees. Bite Ready To Wear items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Gift cards are non-refundable, but do not expire, and can be used either in-store or for our Lip Lab At Home service.

For international shipments outside the U.S. and Canada, you may return product purchases within 10 days of your purchase for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges and any additional fees. In special cases, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office. Contact that office directly for details. We are not able to provide exchanges. Please note it may take up to 60 business days for the return amount to post to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 10 days. To process your return, please email us customerservice@liplab.com.
