No, you can only order the original formula. If you would like to create a new product, please visit one of our stores to do a new service.

Our lipstick components are refillable, and the inner tube can pop out for a new refill to pop in. Sometimes the inner tube can pop out in transit, but it is super easy to re-assemble. Please see the FAQ page for how to put your component back together.

If you're replenishing a custom shade as a gift, please include the name of the original creator and/or the name you used to make your original reservation, along with the shade name under “Shade Name.”

To order a shade you saw on social, include the shade name and original creator’s name under “Shade Name.”

To re-order shades made at a Lip Lab Studio in Canada, email qsw@liplab.com. Canadian refill costs are as follows: Custom Lipstick ($50 CAD), Custom High-Shine Gloss ($45 CAD), Custom Butter Balm ($40 CAD).
