Lip Lab Party Terms and Conditions

These Lip Lab Party Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern Lip Lab events (each a “Party”) held with BHUS, Inc., and its affiliates (collectively the “Company” or “Lip Lab”).  Lip Lab’s services, as applicable, are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as incorporated herein.

Booking Your Party

The Party reservation will be scheduled for 1-2 hours (dependent on the number of attendees) by Lip Lab at the time of booking and invoicing.  The reservation time shall commence even if all attendees are not present and culminate when all lipsticks have been distributed.  Additional time beyond the allotted reservation will be invoiced at an additional $50 per half hour.  Lip Lab will provide dedicated Color Experts to assist all scheduled attendees with the mixing and manufacturing of custom lipsticks.

Party Fee

A Party Fee of $20 per attendee must be paid in full upon booking the event.  This amount does not go towards the purchase of any products during the Party. If you request to add additional attendees to the Party (subject to the store’s availability) after booking is completed, a fee of $20 per additional attendee will be invoiced to you at that time. The Party Fee will not be refunded or reduced if: 1) the number of actual attendees to the Party is fewer than the number paid for at the time of booking or 2) if any attendees arrive late or leave early.

During the Party

Displays, signs, and other decorations must be pre-approved by the Lip Lab Boutique. No outside food or drink is allowed at the Lip Lab Boutique. You agree to be solely responsible for any damage to the Lip Lab Boutique caused by any attendee during the Party.  Lip Lab reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who puts our brand or staff at risk, including without limitation destruction of property or intoxication. Minors (attendees under the age of 18) must be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone.

All attendees are required to spend a minimum of $65 USD/$75 CAD during the Party.  Discounts and promotions are not eligible for purchases made during a Party.  Full payment for products is due upon the culmination of the Party reservation. 

At the end of the Party, each attendee shall receive a free makeup bag and Lip Lab product, at Lip Lab’s discretion and subject to availability.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

We understand that schedules change! You may reschedule the party without additional charge up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled party.  If the scheduling request is received less than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled party, Lip Lab may require an additional 50% of the Party Fee to accommodate the rescheduled date.

If you need to cancel, you may cancel your Party up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund of the Party Fee.  Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date will result in a forfeit of the Party Fee.
