We highly recommend making a reservation to ensure we can serve you. While we do take walk-ins when there is availability, we cannot guarantee service without a reservation.

Lip Lab reservation times vary and depend on the number of guests included in your reservation, the type of custom service you choose and the number of items each guest creates. The custom lipstick experience can take up to 1 hour for 2 people and up to 2 hours for 6 people. The custom butter balm service typically takes half as much time as a custom lipstick experience.

To reschedule your reservation, please see your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule your reservation.

To change a group reservation for fewer than six people, please cancel your reservation and re-book with the correct number.

For groups of six or more, please submit a party request.
